Labor Management Council
Periodic joint meetings are held to improve the working environment between the labor and management.
This is a consultative organization organized for the purpose of promoting the welfare of workers
and the sound development of the company through participation and cooperation between workers and employers.
Labor Management Council Composition
Labor Management Council Duties and Tasks
The duties of the Labor Management Council are categorized into three sections:
Coordination, Resolution, Report. Any matters voted and passed through a council session
shall be promptly notified to the employees, and the employees and employers must faithfully implement the resolutions.
